[Feature] : Add Responsive Navbar

Description

The website currently does not have a navigation bar. A responsive navbar should be added to improve navigation and accessibility across the application.

Suggested Content

• Project name/logo
• Home
• Documentation
• GitHub
• Contributing
• Theme toggle (if available)

Expected Behavior

• Responsive on all screen sizes
• Sticky navigation (optional but recommended)
• Consistent with the existing UI and theme
• Built using the project's current frontend stack (React + Vite + Tailwind CSS)

Additional Notes

The navbar should provide intuitive navigation while maintaining the existing design language and should not affect current functionality.
