Noticed this comment in the code and a card offset var, but its never used.

This would really be a cool feature. Really surprised you haven't converted this to use Collide. Or is that coming ?

This actually appears to work:

    beforeCardShow: function() {
      var nextCard = this.cards[this.cards.length-1];

      nextCard.setPopInDuration(this.cardPopInDuration);
      nextCard.setZIndex(this.cards.length);
