Chemical Synthesizer Add Item Issue

When attempting to add items to the Chemcial Synthesizer, I the whole stack is showing as set down in crafting menu, but the interface acts as if nothing is there.

Issue Steps:

1. Left click on stack of Fe (iron)
2. Left click (or right click) on top center slot in crafting menu
3. Full stack displays , but also stays as if it is still clicked
