Build Crashes when use function Import scene

I'm trying to import .ply at runtime, it is working in editor but when in build it crashes on import scene function. Can you please look into this?

here is the result.
Works without issue.
possible reasons for your issue:
1- you provide the incorrect path
2- the path that you have needs administrator access
3- you are importing it wrong
