目的

親レビューIssue #274で確認した改善Issueのうち、itdojp/ethereum-learning-bootcampを除く全書籍を、優先度と依存関係に従って実装・検証・merge・本番確認する。

開始時点

  • 対象書籍: 41冊（public 39 / private 2）
  • 対象source Issue: 119件（現行checklist実数）
    • public Issue参照: 113件（現行checklist実数）
    • private Issue: 6件（公開側には番号・URL・本文詳細を記載しない）
  • 対象repositoryの競合Open PR: 0
  • public Issue状態: open 107 / closed 0

実行原則

  • 原則として 1 source Issue = 1 PR。同じファイルを扱っても、正確性、security、accessibility、build、本文編集を無関係に混在させない。
  • 同一repository内は直列化する。repository間の並列処理は最大3冊を基準とし、CI・API負荷を抑える。
  • 各PRは固定した最新mainから作成し、force push、履歴改変、既存branchの破壊を行わない。
  • issue本文を正本とし、根拠・受け入れ条件・対象外を維持する。実装中にissue自体が不適切と判明した場合は、変更せず理由と代替案をsource Issueへ記録する。
  • review本文、inline comment、suggestion、threadを全件確認し、必要な修正または不要理由を返信してunresolved 0にする。
  • local QA、PR CI、merge後main、Pages、公開HTTP/markerを確認して完了扱いにする。
  • private書籍のrepository名、URL、Issue/PR番号、本文、file path、artifactをpublic roadmapへ出力しない。
  • GitHub Copilot/Codex等のAI reviewを併用するが、単独担当者運用のため、test・negative case・CI・production smokeを独立証跡として信頼性を補う。

PR単位の完了条件

  • source Issueの受け入れ条件と対象外を満たす。
  • narrow local testとrepository標準QAが成功する。
  • review本文、inline、suggestion、threadを全件確認し、unresolved 0。
  • PR CI green後にmergeし、merge SHAを記録する。
  • main checks、Pages/deploy、公開HTTPと代表markerを確認する。
  • source IssueへPR、merge SHA、CI、Pages、production証跡を記録してcloseする。
  • task branch、不要worktree、build artifactをcleanupする。

Roadmap完了条件

  • Ethereumを除く対象Issue 119件がclosed/completed、または妥当な不要理由と代替追跡先が記録されている。
  • Open rollout PR 0、unresolved review thread 0、失敗中の対象CI 0。
  • 41冊すべてについてmain、Pages、公開範囲を最終監査している。
  • private情報のpublic漏えい0。
  • batch証跡と最終横断監査がこのIssueへ記録されている。
  • 一時clone、branch、artifactをcleanupしている。

対象外

  • itdojp/ethereum-learning-bootcampのIssue、PR、repository settings
  • #274で起票していない新規の全面改稿
  • 書籍間で共有するformatter/build契約の無関係な一括変更
  • private本文・有料本文のpublic artifact化
