CLI verbose output text garbled in Windows 10/11 Windows Server 2016

Describe the bug
The output of Cyberduck CLI while performing a task is "garbled" in windows CMD.

To Reproduce
I'm running CLI via a BAT, but it occurs when running directly from the command line. My script is:

set cyberduck_path="C:\program files\Cyberduck CLI\duck.exe"
set sftp_url=sftp://<site>/allaudio/WAV/
set local_directory=z:\
set options=--existing download
%cyberduck_path% --synchronize %sftp_url% %local_directory% %options%

Expected behaviour
The task is performed as expected, however the output to the terminal is mostly illegible (please see screenshot).

... side note - I'm assuming this is some kind of character encoding thing, but I can't see that it's possible to set the output in CLI. I can change chcp in CMD for the environment, but perhaps there is a nicer way to output? (Or maybe that's not the issue at all!).

I've just tested this using the Windows Terminal app, and it displays perfectly, but it output is illegible in CMD.exe across the OS versions listed above.

I've noticed that the output rendering is not garbled if I enable 'legacy mode' in Windows 10 CMD: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/console/legacymode. While the output no longer contains garbled text, the character set that prints the in-line "progress bars" are not output. In Windows Terminal or on Windows 11, the progress bars are displayed without issue - perhaps this is the font being used?
