Can't Open Registration Key

When I try to open the registration key file I get this message: "We're sorry. We can't open the document pi_3R1bbb4c2By7nO9t1aSz9GsH. because we found a problem with its content."

DTD Location: Line 2, Column 9

Can you send key to me again or tell me how to fix it.

When can you send me a new registration key? I need it,

Make sure to remove the .xml extension which will then allow you to double click the registration key file to open and register with Cyberduck.
