How to make table headers visible #46

I've configured the plugin as explained in the tracHacks page (https://trac-hacks.org/wiki/SubticketsPlugin) but 've not found a manner to show table_headers. Is there a configuration to do so or is it a missing feature?

Have you tried using the currently-maintained fork? This issue suggests the headers are displayed: trac-hacks#2
