MC 1.12.2 forge version isn't starting?

I recently got my own Ubuntu server at home and use Docker to manage my individual programs. All goes except Minecraft only the forge versions 1.12.2 and below. Even the forge version 1.18.2 also goes as well as all vanilla versions only forge does not go and which I have, also I think already switched to openjava 8 still does not go.

Es gibt nur eine Alternative in Link-Gruppe java (die /usr/bin/java bereitstellt): /usr/lib/jvm/java-8-openjdk-amd64/jre/bin/java Nichts zu konfigurieren.

Make sure to use the image tagged for Java 8, itzg/minecraft-server:java8. latest is tagged the same as java17.

there do I find the mods' folder?
