Invalid reference format

When ever I try and run this command:
docker run -d -it --name wither /home/spy/witherstorm:/data -p 25565:25565 -e VERSION=1.19.2 -e TYPE=FORGE -e FORGE_VERSION=43.2.7 -e EULA=TRUE -e MEMORY=24G itzg/minecraft-server
it gives me the error:
docker: invalid reference format.
i tried removing the FORGE and FORGE_VERSION but it did not change

never mind, i figured it out, in that command line, i never added the -v before the volume portion of the line!
