[Need Help] port UART before display is useful

I'm trying to port linux to my huawei kirin960 device. Now I don't sure the simplefb base address. But I think that UART should be useful. huawei used the pl011 UART driver by linux.How to enable uart on uniloader?

You can try to port it from u-boot, it's already present there and works without any additional pinctrl drivers as far as I know
