Publish CLI Distribution on SDKMAN!

It would be great to use the jQA CLI in combination with SDKMAN!. Here the CLI script could be set to an alias like jqa making it easy to run jQA anywhere on a system it is installed an.

FYI ASDF is also a way to distribute CLI, that could be complementary.

Seems I created some duplicate (#745).
Perhaps we could close this one and go ahead with the other issue as I already have prepared a PR with reference to 745 to add jQA to SDKMAN?
