Resources referenced in the "Becoming a Committer" have no links

The "Becoming a Committer" video on the Get Involved page, when referencing the Eclipse Foundation Project Handbook, points the viewer to http://jakarta.ee/getinvolved (which redirects to https://jakarta.ee/community/get-involved) to get links to the handbook and related resources. But that page contains no such links.

@shabnammayel Do you think we can fit this missing content under the existing "Becoming a Committer" section? Or should we create a link to another page containing this content?

If the section gets too lengthy, we could utilize collapses/accordions to hide the content (e.g. https://getbootstrap.com/docs/3.4/javascript/#collapse)
