I wonder when  0.4.0 is releasing?

Hey Jamiepine, I was wondering if you have an updated timeline for the 0.4.0 release?  i saw the message for my email that it mentioned it was planned for last week, was there some kind of issues and problems for it, i,m really looking forward to it so hopefully its releasing soon.
