Why does the app take forever to load?

Some kind of half-baked product. There are constant issues, it’s unclear how everything works, there are some baffling solutions that clutter up the temporary folders, and the app only launches every other time. I have no desire to put up with this app any longer.

I have Windows 10. The server creates files in the temp directory and then fails to start. The application is running on a makeshift solution
