Add a feed to the Activity app showing model-level events in near-real-time: load, unload, eviction, route change, request start/finish, token rates. Backed by a ring buffer on the controller, streamed via SSE.
- Source events from the existing scheduler + proxy hooks
- UI: timeline list with model icon, worker name, event type, duration
- Filters: worker, model, event type
- Pairs with the scheduler widget hardware cards that already exist
