The md2wp is not getting updated on new file creation #1

We have a docs folder sitting in the root of the git repo
Add a new MD document to the docs folder
Run the build with the plugin, files get renamed to have the WP ID, but the md2wp.json file doesn't have the corresponding entry, thus duplicating documents rather than updating it.
