permissions issues

I cloned the repo and copied my laravel sail project into the cloned folder.
docker compose up --build
It says "permission denied for "/root/entrypoint.sh"

I added USER root to the dockerfile, and it is running now, but I assume that's not a good idea.

I am trying to use your setup because it is much more simple than many of the bloated docker setups.

First of all, thanks for reaching out.

Hmm that's a bit strange 🤔 Could you try to add RUN chmod +x /root/entrypoint.sh in this line of your Dockerfile?

I believe you can also try this new thing that I've built, that sets up all files for you without you having to copy your whole project onto LANPOD. It is called Laradocker, and it is as easy to setup in your existing project as this:

1. composer require --dev jdsantos/laradocker
2. php artisan laradocker:install

Follow the steps and you should be done 🥳
