Unable to view in landscape on iPhone 5 with iOS6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open file
2. view page
3. turn phone 90 degrees from vertical to landscape, screen doesn't rotate 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
screen in portrait when landscape expected

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iCHM 1.3.7 on iOS6
