[JENKINS-75924] Dark theme and Matrix project - unreadable text in row headers

After update from Jenkins (stable branch) 2.504.3 to 2.516.1, when using Dark Theme, row headers in Multi-configuration projects (aka Matrix projects) have white text on light grey background and are impossible to read. (Matrix Project Plugin version did not change.)

I have created a minimal sample job and attached its config.xml.

    mawinter69 , Looks like  https://github.com/jenkinsci/matrix-project-plugin/pull/289/checks?check_run_id=46766477040  only partially fix the issue. If you try to build ("Build with parameters" link) a Matrix project then the header row is still unreadable.

  mawinter69 , Looks like  https://github.com/jenkinsci/matrix-project-plugin/pull/289/checks?check_run_id=46766477040  only partially fix the issue. If you try to build ("Build with parameters" link) a Matrix project then the header row is still unreadable.

  yes mawinter69 , we are using https://plugins.jenkins.io/matrix-combinations-parameter/.  Do I need to open a separate issue for this plugin (though it looks like it is not maintained any more)

  I think that can be handled in this ticket. I have already created PR to fix the combinations parameter plugin. The PR only works together with the latest build of the PR in matrix-project
