[JENKINS-62324] Facing authization failure since 2 days in git SCM stem

Jenkins build is not able to proceed since 2 days due to authorization failure. I am using Bitbucket server integration. Atttached you can find the system log of jenkins server.

The credential i am using in the pipeline SCM step is user name and password(password is personnel access token generated for the user)
