Just because, I tried Tablo-Tools on a Chromebook. First, of course, you'll need to enable it's Linux environment (...and why wouldn't you?) For simplicity, I tried "AppImage". Errored with:
error while loading shared libraries: libnss3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory``So I went with the Debian ".deb" package. - these are generic filenames
wget hhttps://github.com/jessedp/tablo-tools-electron/releases/download/vX.X.XX/tablo-tools_amd64.deb
sudo apt install ./tablo-tools_amd64.deb
which happens to install
libnss3
I really just checked for basic function. (Still have issues selecting which tablo) Set an export path, reload tablo to update recordings. Selected single episode, exported. Eventually I had a playable/watchable file.
It's unlikely something I'll pursue. But is does open options for users and another non-Windows choice.
