Alternative DNS provider configuration

I use NextDNS (and Firefox). I want to be able to configure Skylink to use that service instead of Google's.

See some past discussion here. If the addon gets to the point that it has a settings page, the plan is to implement the ability to set from a selection of DoH providers.

Unfortunately, the dns.resolve() function doesn't allow you to check for a TXT record, just A/AAAA records (the promise returns an array of addresses). The equivalent Chrome function behaves the same way.

It is possible, with some effort, to locally fork the repo and modify the code that calls Google DNS over HTTPS endpoint to point to NextDNS instead, then build and install the local extension.
