Add ability to scan/exclude at the module level

When you have a multi-module project, when you run the scan it does every module that can take a while to complete when you have several modules.

1. Would like to be able to scan at a module level.
2. Would like to be able to exclude modules from a scan when you have reference modules pulled in to your project that you are not responsible for.
