[Help Wanted] Setup GitHub Actions to pre-build firmware

Now that the firmware can be completely configured via the UI, we can pre-build firmware releases

esptool-js could be then used to easily upload firmware directly from the browser

Once #4 is merged, I'm guessing we could potentially support a self-updating firmware
