I am wondering if their is a possibility to use existing crontab files as a job? This tool has a great reporting functionality and if it could support the crontab files it will be a great support.

Well, you can import the timing elements of a crontab entry using the "Import" button when editing an event, and have those set the date/time controls for you. Details here: https://github.com/jhuckaby/Cronicle#event-timing
However, if you are referring to importing an entire crontab file, there is currently no way to do that. Each event in Cronicle has elements that a crontab file cannot specify, such as a target server, Plugin, timeout, catch-up, resource limits, etc. So I'm not sure how that would work.
