Typescript import issue

Hello all I am getting this error when I install the module in typescript file of my application.

"Could not find a declaration file for module 'react-native-switch-selector'. Try npm i --save-dev @types/react-native-switch-selector if it exists or add a new declaration (.d.ts) file containing `declare module 'react-native-switch-selector'

They need to add the types filepath in their package.json. Doing this will allow for type completion however the types are inaccurate.
