Allow editing rules

I made a rule and made a mistake in the regex. Instead of being able to edit the rule, it seems like I have to make a new one.

Also, this is probably one of the most useful chrome extensions I've ever installed. Thanks for writing it.

Right now, I'm in the thick of midterms for university, and trying to hold down two development jobs at the same time... While I totally agree that an edit feature would be helpful, I just don't have the time to work on that feature right now, sorry. I'm going to leave this issue open to return to when I have more time, but I'm afraid I'm not able to provide an estimate of when that might be, though (I'm more than open to accept pull requests, though, so if you or another user wants to contribute, feel free).

Thanks for your usage, though, and hopefully the delete-recreate process will work for the timebeing.
