xdelta encoding /decoding modifies the json file and provides invalid output

I am using set of archives it includes json data to be encoded using xdelta. When i try to apply the patch to decode it to original file it fails with json invalid attribute error

can you help on this please. Xdelta should not modify the structure of json data
