[Linux] Window title bar doesn't respect system theme on KDE #1034

The title bar currently does not respect the system theme on KDE. For example, when the system theme is Breeze Dark, the title bar is still bright (kindof annoying because the GTK title bar is so think compared to typical KDE/QT title bars). I'm not sure how other GTK apps match the color theme, but apparently some do?
