Describe the bug
Activities are usually created using the wizard. A name and description never gest set for an activity

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create an activity by consuming an asset
  2. click on the activity on the canvas
  3. See blank space below image

Expected behavior
Default names and descriptions should be added
