How to use convert-all command

Hello, I am using the new CMD program and I am having a bit of trouble using one of the commands. When I use the 'convert-all' command with the path to the .wad files, it doesn't really do anything and states finish afterwards.

I've attached a screenshot displaying what I've done.

Here is the folder URL to LoL's champion files : C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Game\DATA\FINAL\Champions

I am not too sure what I am doing wrong here. I attempted to use '--help' but it's not giving enough information to the path parameter's proper syntax.
