Hi quite an amusing finding...

2018 jan 15 gives year 4036-01-01 3pm utc
2019 jan 15 gives year 4037-01-01 3pm utc

so the output year in this flow seems to be current + detected (= 2018 + 2019 = 4037 in the latter example)
