The following phrase i can come in today at 3:30 available is failing because there is the ante-meridian is missing. As a date time can have have a format of 24 hours instead of AM/PM, I think the parser should take 3:30 AM as the detected time or at least allow us to define some period of date as default in case the ante-meridian is missing.
