This Privacy Policy applies to Hivecrew and Hivelink, including the source code, related apps, and supporting services in this repository.
We may collect the following categories of information when you use Hivecrew or Hivelink:

- Diagnostic and operational data, such as logs, timestamps, error details, and service health information needed to operate the product.
We use collected information to:
- authenticate users and maintain account sessions;

Hivecrew and Hivelink may send data to third-party providers that are necessary to deliver core functionality. Depending on the features you use, those providers may include:
- Cloudflare, for Worker, tunnel, DNS, and edge infrastructure;
- Resend, for verification email delivery;
- Apple services, for push notifications, widgets, and related platform features;
- model or AI providers configured by the app or user for voice and task execution features.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the privacy policies and terms of those providers.
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the product, provide requested functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Some locally stored data can be cleared from within the app. Account deletion is intended to remove account-linked remote access configuration and associated service records under our control, though backups and operational logs may persist for a limited period.
You can choose whether to enable features that use:
- microphone access;
- camera access;
- screen broadcast or screen sharing;
- push notifications.
You can also delete your account from within the app when that feature is available in the shipped build.
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Hivecrew and Hivelink are not intended for children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be reflected in the app, the service, or this repository.
