Problem starting Redirection 5.7.5

Hello, I keep getting the attached error when trying to access the Redirection plugin. I worked with our website host, Liquid Web, to clear the cache and that didn't help. They also disabled two plugins http-headers and weglot, which they said can interfere with security headers or script localization. Unfortunately, that didn't do anything either.

I also made sure to verify our URL settings, refreshing permalinks, and some other recommended steps. Can you please advise? Is this a bug or known issue? We need to set up a redirection for a webpage ASAP.

This is not a known issue and is likely caused by something on your site, quite possibly another plugin. If you open your browser's developer console what errors are shown?

Bear with me, I'm not a developer.

When I open Chrome's developer console on the page you see above, below is the error that is there:

tools.php?page=redirection.php:1 Uncaught (in promise) Error: A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was received

Was that the correct page to look at the console?

The file referenced in the screenshot does not exist:

https://www.newstore.com/wp-content/plugins/redirection/redirection.js

Without that the plugin will not work.

You have a rank math redirect that is preventing it from being loaded.

The rank math redirect was added after the error from Redirection. We needed a solution in the meantime.

My brower is able to load the redirection.js URL that I see. Maybe I'm not understanding something, which is very likely.

I'll have to see if a more technical user on my side can help, thank you.
