Currently it is not possible automatically. You could use the imported data though to help you draw the roads and junctions manually and then export.
You would then have to also manually specify the proj string for the georeferencing (not sure if your GIS addon can provide that?) in the exported OpenDRIVE file as well, since that is not implemented in the current export. However, at least the projection is something I am hoping to implement at some point in the future, to help support the manual workflow.
