a / In the general configuration, a new parameter:
main color = xx
secondary color = yy
which applies to the entire site
b / you can enter the main, secondary color in each color input field.

At this point, it's not possible, we do however want to make sure that theme colors can be selected throughout the colors pickers (in astroid) hence making themeing more in line with the rest of the template.
