This is a just a small suggestion: maybe it would be nice to replace the line of equal sign with Emacs' standard, ^L (Control-L)? There are packages to display it as a pretty line, too.

The line of equal signs is used, if I remember correctly, in the batch reporter, which is not for use within Emacs. What packages would affect the display of ^L in a terminal or Travis-CI display?

I think it's also used with buttercup-run-at-point, right? I don't think the suggestion really applies to travis or a terminal, indeed.

Ah, yeah, buttercup-reporter-interactive uses buttercup-reporter-batch under the hood. I guess this would be possible and useful if someone rewrote buttercup-reporter-interactive in general. Right now, it's more of a proof-of-concept.
