installation step failing

Hello,

I'm trying to follow your setup instructions for Ubuntu, but I stuck at step:
...
npm install
...

In output I see:
sh: 1: node_modules/bower/bin/bower: not found

I attached full output. Maybe you can tell me what went wrong.

System:
Ubuntu 14.04 (clean install, up-to-date)
node version 6.2.0 (installed with nvm)
npm version 3.8.9
npm_install.txt
npm-debug.txt

Please let me know if you need something else.
