Resuming Groups by group name  #4

@DiffThinkr

Description

@DiffThinkr

Instead of passing around the group id that is returned, wouldn't it be useful if we could alternatively use the group name to resume group.

If the name is not found, a new group can be started ( this feature could be made optional? Currently , resuming non existent groups throws an error) . This way we could group together code blocks under different if blocks etc without worrying whether that the first and last wouldn't be executed ( in which case either a start group or an end group may not be encountered).

If both ways of resuming is available, the user can opt between ease of use (using the name. Efficieny may be low due to comparisons) or efficiency (using the id, which seems pretty efficient).
