Dry run passes code but real publish fails

Example of problem:

As you can see Lint package is done successfully

But Publish package fails because:

Caused by:
    Failed to publish @krutoo/utils at 0.0.9: failed to build module graph: Module not found "file:///src/react/react".

Can you fix that or explain how to be in this situation?
