file editor seems to do automatic save but that is not very reliable. There should be a "save" button that triggers save. I have to close the file, then it says "not saved. do you want to save".

we can even have that if the file is unsaved, close button is hidden
if you see the video, the close modal says "delete this item, then text says do you want to save".
