Ability to support reads on replica nodes #47
Description
The replica nodes are not being used for reads.
The following support has to be added to the client.
- Allowing Reads on replicas
- Ability to refresh the replica nodes, when new replicas are added to the cluster or any changes to the replica topology should refreshed by the client.
