unable to start program - ProcessPrng could not be located in the dynamic link bcryptprimitives.dll

Describe the bug
After installing the exe on Windows 7 I receive an Entry Point Not Found error message:
"ProcessPrng could not be located in the dynamic link bcryptprimitives.dll"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install program with provided exe
2. start program
3. get error message

Expected behavior
Program working.

Thanks for reporting this issue. Unfortunately, Windows 7 support has been broken for quite a while and I have not figured out a way to resolve this yet.
Officially, I do not provide support for Windows versions older than Windows 10, the oldest version which is known to work is the PortableApps version of Kanri which can run under Windows 8.1.

If you know how to create your own builds of Kanri, you can attempt some of the fixes outlined in this thread: rustdesk/rustdesk#7503
Otherwise, I cannot provide support for this anytime soon.
