Board background image - blur and brightness sliders do nothing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Kanri on Linux (tested only on Arch Linux)
2. Open a board
3. Click on the "Change Background" button
4. Select an image if none is set
5. Edit the "Background blur strength" or the "Background brightness" sliders - you will see that they have no effect on the background image.

Tested using Kanri v0.8.1 on Arch Linux, both on the AppImage and "kanri-bin" AUR package (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/kanri-bin)

Yes, can reproduce on Endeavour with the kanri-bin package and the dev build. I'll see if I can figure out why it decided to stop working again.

Oh that's a bummer, hopefully there's a simple fix and we don't need to rewrite the layout/background functionality which is admittedly very messy and hacky.
