Subject: [PATCH] Remove redundant compinit for faster startup

Znap automatically handles compinit and comp dumps out of the box.
Manually calling compinit degrades shell startup performance due to
redundant execution and should be avoided.

This change removes the redundant compinit block from zsh/znap.zsh
and replaces it with an explanatory comment. It also updates the
.jules/bolt.md journal with this learning.
