[Testnet-1 Fishhash] DAG generation time optimization

The 4Gb DAG takes about 20 mins to generate depending on the cpu used.
the multithreaded process is hard coded to 8 threads, maybe we could parameterized this, or find a way to get the optimal nb of threads available on the platform.
