[Testnet-1 Fishhash] DAG local file cache path parameter

The path of the local file cache containing the prebuilt dag needs to be customizable
Currently it creates a hashes.dat file in the local folder where the miner is launched
We should also offer the possibility to not create this file and only generate the dag on memory
