Migrate styles to be used in different software #4

Problem

We need the styles to be translated so that they can be useful in the following software

QGIS
SLD - Usefull for GeoServer and Mapserver
Mapserver internal styling
Mapbox Json - Useful for vector tiles ie Tegola, pg_serve and Martin

Solution

Style conversion can be done using the plugin https://github.com/GeoCat/qgis-bridge-plugin
